            The areas of his interest are: automata and formal languages, models of computation,formal methods for specification of discrete systems. The current research activity is focused on creating new methodology of (time) reachability analysis of time-critical systems. He has proposed and conducted several projects in this domain.

As a member of the research team he is responsible for the design of processing units for the DF project.

            In the past his interest was concentrated on hybrid computer systems and on the computer means of robot control systems. Currently his professional activity is oriented towards computer architectures. In that area he has managed the project concerned with data-flow systems development, intended for problem solving in artificial intelligence. In graduate and postgraduate study his courses focus on computer architectures, computers and digital system logic design and data-flow computers.
